7/24/2009 - Our Sea Trials Team

They are our 'blue colleagues' because of the blue overalls they use when working on board. The people of CETENA's Sea Trials Dept. are seldom at the office as they pass from one ship to another one. They carry out delivery trials and tests and all sorts of measurements on board; they are also involved in the installation of CETENA's ship monitoring systems such as the structural monitoring system of the Italian aircraftcarrier Cavour.  Detailed brochures of our Tests and Trials activities can be found in the Donwload section of this web site.

This visit will be the first step of a cooperation that both IMSSEA and CETENA will be very happy to establish. See www.imssea.org.

After a testing and tuning period, SYSMAN - CETENA's new recording/processing system for sea trials - is fully operative. Based on the latest hardware solutions and with a revised acquisition and processing software, SYSMAN is more robust and efficient of the previous system and will make our sea trials service more effective. We will be happy to provide more info on our sea trials solutions.
