Risk Analysis
A typical application consists in the evaluation of the probability of delays in meeting the production deadlines; this type of analysis, when carried out in the production planning phase, provides useful information for the optimisation of the production plan. Risk analysis studies are based on both the evaluation of statistical data and on numerical simulations.
