Noise
A semi-reverberating chamber is used to measure the acoustic damping of different materials to be used for flooring and panelling on board. Trampling noise on material panels is simulated with a tapping machine. Another special setup is used to measure the acoustic behaviour of visco-elastic materials and floating floors. |
