CETENA has a staff of about 70 people and we invest in the professional growth of our resources because they are our precious heritage and have a central role in our Company.

Many of our staff members have a technical/scientific background in naval architecture, marine engineering and ship design but we also have mechanical and electrical engineers, physicists, mathematicians, a philosopher and a group of experienced technicians for sea trials and Laboratory testing.

A part of the staff is also dedicated to the preparation and monitoring of research programmes.
